so i don't have to go to jury duty today. i'd be jumping up and down saying, 'yippee,' but i'm still on standby for the rest of the week. i'll find out after 5pm whether or not i need to show on tuesday. one day at a time... hopefully no jury duty this winter break.

I feel you on this one!! I had jury duty last Monday, but wasn't called in... however I got called in the next day! Boo on Fairfield courts! Luckily, I got dismissed (everyone did). What a waste of half a day! Anyhow, good luck NOT going to jury duty. =)
